VEGAN CUISINE

This course is an exciting exploration of naturally vegan dishes from Mexico, Italy, and Asia. Learn to prepare authentic meals like Indian Curried Chole Bhature, Italian Eggplant Parmesan, Asian Pad Thai, and Mexican Tacos.

About the Workshop

This CERTIFICATE course is a quick trip around the world to explore delicious vegan cuisine from three continents. The workshop focuses on culinary dishes which are naturally vegan, and not just using meat substitutes. Students will explore flavours from countries with a high vegetarian and vegan population, including Mexico, Italy, and the Asian continent. Our workshop embraces training that reflects the interest, diversity, and complex flavors of traditional vegan dishes that you have been eager to try making at home.

Practical Outcome

Students will prepare a separate meal each 4-hours class from Italy, India, Mexico, and Thailand.

CHEF HAT INCLUDED!

Students will also receive a welcome bag with measuring spoons, water bottle, pens and other swag.

Tools and Attire

Students must wear non-slip steel toed shoes, black pants, and a white t-shirt.

Most importantly, students will EAT what they make.

A flavourful Vegan experience for those who delight in more than just salads.

  • Fully On Campus

This course is offered only as instructor led, inside our commercial kitchen, to give you hands-on training under the supervision of our master chef.
