About the Workshop

This CERTIFICATE course immerses students in the exciting work of Italian pasta. Ideal for both home cooks or professionals, students create pasta dishes from scratch, including fettuccini, gnocchi, spaghetti, tortellini, and ravioli. Get saucy with recipes for five unique Italian-inspired sauces, such as marinara, Bolognese, carbonara, aglio e olio, and luxurious cream sauces. This workshop is truly hands on, with eager students partaking in every aspect of the kitchen, from knife skills, to food hygiene and sanitation, culinary equipment knowledge, and sautéing techniques. Students practice teamwork and collaboration to gain culinary confidence and expertise for their next romantic Italian dining experience.

Practical Outcome

Students will gain experience in the art of pasta making from an industry professional with a fine dining background. Students will learn to work in a commercial kitchen while producing popular pasta dishes from various regions of Italy.

Tools and Attire
