This truly comprehensive POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA program in Culinary and Hospitality Management includes training from one certificate and two diplomas programs.

Duration: 1000 hours

About the Diploma

Your journey begins with chef training with Apprentice Cook and Chef De Cuisine, then moves to bar and beverage skill with Wine, Beer, and Mixology, then gives you manager business training with Hospitality and Tourism Management, which includes a Capstone to learn how to open your own Bed and Breakfast. Finally, students complete a practicum onsite with a host in a tavern, restaurant, commercial kitchen, banquet hall, or hotel.

Practical Outcome

Students receive a wide array of training in culinary, hospitality, restaurant, and tourism industries. This gives graduates a variety of opportunities for employment, including working in a commercial kitchen as a chef, or in the front of house of a restaurant, tavern, or banquet hall, or delving into hospitality in a casino, hotel, B&B, or more.

Tools and Attire

For lab days and practicum, students must wear non-slip, preferably steel toed shoes, black logo scrubs and pants

Delivery

The Culinary and Hospitality Management program is offered in TWO ways:

  • Fully in Person:  Theory and Practical on campus, and Practicum with Host, or
  • Hybrid:  Theory online, Practical on campus, and Practicum with Host.
