About the Diploma
This inclusive DIPLOMA program in Culinary and Bar Management includes training from 1 certificate and 1 diploma program, as well as training in Customer Service and Management. Your journey begins with chef training with Chef De Cuisine, then moves to bar and beverage skill with Wine, Beer, and Mixology. This program is for students who wish to explore both the front of house in the bar, and the back of house inside a kitchen.
Programs vary by campus.
Practical Outcome
Students are trained in bartending, culinary, and general management. This gives more opportunities for employment, including working in a commercial kitchen as a chef, or in the front of house of a restaurant or bar.

Tools and Attire
Students must wear non-slip steel toed shoes, chef pants and jacket, apron, and chef hat.
