This CERTIFICATE program offers exceptional training for students who wish to start a vocation as a cook in the exciting field of the culinary arts.

About the Certificate

Our theory courses are delivered online, so you can learn from the comfort of your home. Then the action begins when you enter our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen for 200 hours of practical hands on learning under the direct supervision of our Chefs! Explore bake theory, nutrition, culinary techniques, quality and quantity food preparation, and much more. From knife skills to nutrition, from spices to sauces, this program gets you job-ready for a future career in cuisine entry-level positions, such as sauté chef, grade manager, saucier, catering chef, or pastry chef. Practical Outcome

Students will gain experience with 100 hours of online theory, and then 200 hours of practical training in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen working directly under a chef. In only 15 weeks, students become job-ready for entry level culinary roles.

CHEF HAT AND UNIFORM INCLUDED!

Students will receive chef apron, jacket, hat, and pants, plus a 26-piece culinary knife roll kit.
Most importantly, students will EAT what they make.

Tools and Attire

Students must wear non-slip steel toed shoes, chef pants and jacket, apron, and chef hat.
