Kids And Teens
This CERTIFICATE weekend workshop invites your child or teen into our commercial kitchen for a unique experience baking under the supervision of an actual pastry chef with 10 years of experience.
- Duration: 8 Hours
About the Workshop
Your junior chef will be introduced to professional kitchen equipment and work with our chef to bake cupcakes on the first day, and ice and decorate them on the second day. Junior chefs learn to whip up buttercream icing using a commercial mixer, and even how to make flower decorations. It’s a fun weekend workshop for kids and teens who want to try their hand at baking with a real chef.
Kids under 12 must be enrolled along with a parent or guardian who will bake beside them and supervise.
Practical Outcome
Students bake 6 cupcakes each and then ice and decorate them under the supervision of a master chef in a commercial kitchen.
RECIPES and CHEF HAT INCLUDED!
Tools and Attire
Students of all ages must wear non-slip closed-toed shoes.
Most importantly, students will EAT what they bake.
